2025-2026 APPLICATIONS

Applications for the 2025–2026 school year are now open! To avoid the waitlist, we highly recommend families submit their applications by the preferred or standard deadline. We will, however, continue to accept applications as long as seats are available.

APPLICATION DEADLINES:

    Standard Deadline – Until Class Seats are Filled

  • Preferred Deadline – February 21, 2025

PREPARING TO APPLY

IMPORTANT NOTES

  • Saint Frances Academy uses an electronic application for prospective scholars. THIS IS THE ONLY OPTION FOR ENROLLMENT CONSIDERATION.

  • ALL families must complete this application to be considered for enrollment.  

  • ALL documents must be received before an admission decision will be made.

  • ALL families must submit their IRS Tax Return Transcript to be considered for financial aid or scholarships. The earlier qualifying families apply, the better their chances of receiving financial aid.

  • All documents are to be uploaded in PDF format.

REQUIRED DOCUMENTATION

  • A Request for Student Records to your student’s current school.
    NOTE: If your school has not yet forwarded your student records, you will need to upload your most recent report card.

  • The IRS Tax Return Transcript (NOT THE TAX FORMS) of the custodial parents/guardians.

  • A copy of the most recent IEP/504 Plan (current), if applicable.

STEPS TO APPLY

  • STEP ONE – Create an Account.

  • STEP TWO – Complete and submit an Application for Admissions via the enrollment portal. 
    NOTE: There is a $50 non-refundable application fee at the time of submission.

  • STEP THREE – Upon completion of the Application for Admission,  read and follow the directions on the pop-up to schedule an Admissions Interview via the enrollment portal. 
    NOTE: We strongly discourage using a mobile phone when scheduling the interview. Please register using a desktop computer.

  • STEP FOUR – If accepted, the family will receive a letter of acceptance, waitlisting, or denial. Accepted families will receive a link to register via the enrollment portal. 
    NOTE: There is a $150 non-refundable registration fee at the time of submission.

    • Prospective scholars submitting a preferred application are guaranteed a seat if registered and enrolled by listed deadlines.

    • Prospective scholars submitting a standard application are accepted on a “first-come, first-served” basis, for the respective grade bands, as they complete the enrollment process.

    • Prospective scholars submitting an application after the standard deadline are still eligible to register and enroll as long as seats remain available.
