Autumn Marlow, a senior at St. Francis Academy in Baltimore and seen here this past summer at the Navy Annapolis Flight Center in Edgewater, is the first student from the school to be selected for their new flight training opportunity offered by the school, which is the brainchild of the SFA Head of School and avid private pilot, Deacon Curtis Turner. Marlow is the first student enrolled in the school’s Dr. Sandy Ortega Flight Academy. The flight training is an enrichment program meant to inspire young people into the aviation profession.
